Last week Nintendo of Europe issued a press release announcing Commodore 64 titles coming to the Wii Virtual Console later on this year. The Guinness Award winning platform [best selling computer model] was host to over 4000 titles between the years 1982 and 1994. Two of the first titles slated to come out are International Karate and Uridium. They’ll be available for 500 WiiPoints or roughly 5 bux. As for right now though, they’ll only be available in Europe.

The first computer that my family ever owned was a Commodore 64. It was a great little machine with some kick ass games. I hope they bring these titles to North America soon. I dunno about that price though. 100 points more than NES games? Really? I’d pay like three dollars, tops.
